This website is operated by Bolt Bell. By visiting boltbell.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices, products and offers at any time, and we may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a price was listed in error), in which case we'll refund any payment in full. We've tried to show product colours accurately, but actual product colouring may differ slightly from rendered images.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a receipt.
Use of the product
The Bolt Bell is intended for personal strength training. Use it in accordance with the instructions provided, within its 80 kg maximum load, and check that plates are secured before every set. Bolt Bell reserves the right to make changes to the product design, features and specifications without notice.
Warranty and consumer law
Bolt Bell provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in the warranty documentation provided with the product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bolt Bell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the product.
Intellectual property
The Bolt Bell name, designs, photos and content on this site belong to Bolt Bell and may not be copied without permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
