This policy explains how Bolt Bell ("we", "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit boltbell.com or buy from us.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Payment information: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
• Usage data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send receipts and order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and, if you ask us to, send you news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), and our shipping carriers (delivery). They may process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
